My floor of my building was rocking, hard enough to give me a literal headache. (The wall was smacking me in the head.) Apparently the effect was entirely dependent on the exact square foot of floor you were standing on at the time.
Either way, the entire scenario took 30 seconds and sent me home from work while the building was surveyed by the engineers.
Such is life =)
